The Parts & Labour Burger: 7 ounces of Canadian brisket (ground daily), dill-mayo, bacon-onion jam, iceberg lettuce and Monterey Jack cheese on a toasted Blackbird Baking Co. milk bun.
Phase 2 of this mini vacation is now complete and Phase 3 is about to begin. Let’s just say that this road trip is not going to be doing my love handles any favors, heh.
Anyway, it’s my last hoorah before getting back into (less round) shape for ski season and making a much needed return to the gym. MUCH NEEDED.
